Floor Finishes
G1001 Half-Time

G1002 Reflection
A high gloss floor finish formulation based on the latest generation of modified acrylic polymers that provides the ultimate initial gloss, gloss retention, and durability. This self sealing, extended wear formula retains film integrity and outstanding gloss even after repeated detergent mopping and burnishing. This finish effectively reduces maintenance and prolongs the time between strippings. It may be used in low maintenance mop/recoat programs as well as with high speed burnishing equipment.
G1003 Image
A high gloss buffable floor finish formulation based on the latest generation of modified acrylic polymers that provide unsurpassed leveling, excellent initial gloss, gloss retention, and durability. Excellent for high speed burninshing applications.
G1004 Armor Gloss
This metal-crosslinked, highly durable acrylic hard floor finish provides excellent inital gloss and superior response to high speed burnishing. It can be maintained with either conventional low-speed programs or infrequent (2-3 times a week) high speed burnishing. Armor Gloss has an outstanding durability and gloss retention even with low maintanence programs. Reduces labor costs in educational and retail facilities through less frequent need to buff, burnish and recoat, and a reduction in the number of floor strippings.
G1005 Glisten
Metal-crosslinked, modified acrylic floor finishes that provide excellent lay down gloss and superior response to high speed burnishing. It can be maintained with either conventional low-speed programs or infrequent (2 – 3 times a week) high speed burnishing.
Floor Sealers
G2001 Foundation
Acrylic sealer for resilient flooring such as vinyl, linoleum and asphalt tiles. Compatible with most water based floor finishes. Removable with conventional floor finish strippers.
Floor Strippers
G3001 Strip-Qwik
This high power no rinse floor stripper was developed to penetrate and remove multiple coats of burnished floor finish with a minimum of labor. Effective for all types of acrylic and urethane fortified floor finishes. This fast acting, labor saving product requires little scrubbing and greatly reduces labor. This powerful stripper has a lower pH than competitive formulas and requires no neutralizing or flood rinsing after use.
G3002 Rip-It
This no rinse formula quickly removes multiple layers of acrylic based floor finishes. This floor stripper leaves no alkaline residue requiring no flood rinsing and allows immediate application of floor finish. A neutralizer is not required after using this stripper. Reduce labor time with this effective and fast acting stripper.
G3003 Terminator
Removes all acrylic and metal interlock floor finishes. Low odor and easy to apply. This product also is an excellent heavy duty cleaner. Great for cutting wax build-up, grease, oil and dirt.
Cleaners
G4001 Harmless
Harmless is neutral synthetic detergent formulated for daily cleaning of finished floors and other hard surfaces. It emulsifies and suspends dirt and grime without dulling the finish or leaving a film. May be used with mop & bucket or with automatic scrubbers.
G4002 Harmless +
G4003 Scrub & Coat
This product is an exceptionally verstile cleaner specially formulated to be used in institutional, commercial, and industrial operations. Formulated for top scrubbing all types of water-based acrylic floor finishes and sealers on all types of resilient tile(vinyl, vinyl composition, linoleum).
G4004 Blue Magic
This product is an exceptionally versatile cleaner specially formulated to be used in Institutional, Commercial and Industrial operations. Cleans virtually any surface requiring a hard working, fast acting, all purpose cleaner that provides superior cleaning. It is biodegradable and contains no phosphates or damaging solvents. Formulated with chelating agents for effective no-film cleaning in soft or hard water. Great for mop and bucket, spray or sponge applications. May be used in automatic scrubbers.
G4005 Klearview
A ready to use, economical cleaner designed for cleaning all types of glass and glassware without streaking. This product is also safe to use on any type tile, chrome, vinyl, plastic or stainless steel surface. Clean with cloth or squeegee to leave surfaces clean and film free.
G4006 Klearview NA

G4007 Klearview Aerosol
Foaming action penetrates and removes greasy stains, fingerprints, smudges, bugs and other foreign matter. Fast-drying and will not streak or leave residue. Excellent for use on any non-porous surface unaffected by water. Non-ammoniated. Net 19oz.
G4008 Furniture Polish Aerosol
Furniture Polish protect furniture and fixtures with a long lasting protective glow that saves on wear and make maintenance easier than ever before. Just spray on, wipe off, and the job is done. Use Furniture Polish on most surfaces including: furniture, fixtures, office desks, school desks, equipment and wood paneling.
Degreasers
G5001 Magnum
A concentrated low foaming solvent degreaser formulated to emulsify grease, carbon deposits, rubber burns, oil, ink, and dirt accumulations. A versatile all purpose degreaser, it can be used in spray-on, mop, automatic scrubber, and pressure-wash applications.
G5002 Magnum NB
Based on a surfactant with fast Dynamic Surface Tension! No solvents, no butyl, zero VOC. Works as well as butyl based products in heavy duty industrial applications. Surfactant is derived from naturally occurring sources and has passed all the necessary testing for a green seal GS-37 standard. Fast de-emulsification of oils. Excellent for use in automatic scrubbers on non-resilient floor surfaces. Non-corrosive, biodegradable, USDA A1, NSF registered, DFE-listed.
G5004 Magnum RTU
Fast acting, aggressive, ready-to-use cleaner/degreaser. Formulated to penetrate and breakup oil, grease and other tough soils on traffic lanes. Butyl based, alkaline with a pleasant mint fragrance.
G5006 Magnum Aerosol
Contains special foaming agents which instantly loosen and remove soils from most hard surfaces. This product contains no abrasives and will not scratch or wear porcelain surfaces. Recommended for use on- Counter Tops, Tile, Sinks, Tubs, Stainless Steels, Vunyl and Plastic Surfaces.
G5005 Citra Clean
The cleaner of the future – a cleaner without harmful toxic vapors that is more appealing than water soluble solvent cleaners. This concentrate will clean and deodorize simultaneously in one easy operation. This product is environmentally appealing because it contains no soaps, phosphates, or highly toxic solvents. Recommended for use where water soluble solvent cleaners cannot be used and where all greasy, oily soils exist.
G5003 Citra Klean RTU
A ready to use all purpose degreaser for cleaning walls, tables, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, and any other surfaces soiled with grease or oil. Not recommended for glass, water-based paint or soft metals such as aluminum. Produces high clinging foam when applied through a trigger sprayer – ideal for vertical surfaces.
Carpet Care
G6001 Extract-It
A highly concentrated, heavy duty alkaline carpet cleaner that is specifically formulated to remove grease, oil, and soil from older, easily soiled carpets. Formulated with synthetic wetting agents, solvents, water softeners, optical brighteners, and anti-foaming agents. Not for use on stain-resistant carpets. Leaves a nice fresh scent.
G6002 Pre Spray
Fast acting, aggressive, cleaner and degreaser formulated to penetrate and breakup oil, grease and other tough soils on traffic lanes. Butyl based, alkaline with a pleasant mint fragrance.
G6003 All Gone
A ready to use stain and spot remover for use on carpets and rugs. Excellent for removal of mud, grease, tar, dirt, and food stains. Formulated with antiredepostion agents to prevent resoiling.
G6004 Roto-Foam
Heavy duty, high foaming carpet cleaner that works which effectively on all types of carpets, including the latest generation of stain resistant carpets. Formulated with anti-resoil agents which leave an invisible non-tacky protective film on fibers and form a dry residue which is easily vacuumed upon drying. Contains synthetic wetting agents, solvents, water softeners, and optical brighteners that brighten colors without attacking fibers.
G6005 De-Foam-It
Concentrated, water-based silicone emulsion that breaks foam quickly in both cold and hot water solutions.
Restroom Cleaners
G8001 Fresh & Clean Concentrate
This product is a hospital grade disinfectant for pre-cleaned surfaces at 5 ounce per gallon. Effective against: (Bacteria:) Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Salmonella Enterica, Staphylococcus Auereus, Enterbobacter Aerogenes, Escherichia Coli, Shigella Sonnei, Streptococcus Pyogenes, Staphylococcus Aureus – Methicililn-Resistant (MRSA). (Viruses:) *Herpes Simplex Type 2, *HIV-1 (AIDS Virus), *Influenza A/Brazil. (Fungi:) Aspergillus Niger, Vandida Albicans. This product is specially formulated to effectively eliminate offensive odors caused by mold and mildew.
G8002 Fresh & Clean
Not only helps control the hazard of cross-contamination from treated surfaces on hard nonporous, environmental surfaces but also kills many microorganizms that cause odors. Recommended for disinfecting hard nonporous inanimate surfaces. For use in schools, colleges and office buildings. Effective against Salmonella Choleraesuis, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Stphylococcus Aureus, Trichophayton Mentagrophytes (Athlete’s Foot Fungus), Influenza Type A/Michigan, Herpes Simplex Type 2, and HIV-1(AIDS virus).
G8004 Slugger
This product is a concentrated acid disinfectant bathroom toilet bowl cleaner, especially formulated to kill many germs commonly found in hospital, industrial and institutional enviroments. It contains a high level of acid together with an acid compatible detergent systyem which facilitates the easy removal of rust, scale, and mineral deposits. Ideal for hard water areas. When used as directed, it cleans, disinfects and deodorizes in one easy step.
G8005 Gripper
Removes lime, soap scum, hard water deposits, uric acid salts, and various discolorations from toilet bowls, urinals, shower stalls, ceramic tiles and sinks. Because it clings to vertical surfaces, it provides more contact time for better cleaning and disinfecting action than thin formulas. Effective against Salmonella choleraesuis when used undiluted on pre-cleaned hard non-porous envrronmental surfaces according to the AOAC Use Dilution Method.
G8006 Stay
Formulated with a synergistic combination of Quaternary Ammonium compounds and an acid compatible detergent system. Removes lime, soap scum, hard water deposits, uric acid salts, and various discolorations from toilets bowls, urinals, shower stalls, ceramic tiles and sinks. Effective against Salmonella Choleraesuis.
G8007 Liquid Pumice
For use in schools, motels, hotels, manufacturing plants, office buildings and food handling establishments. This liquid creme cleanser quickly removes imbedded rust, soap scum, stains, grease, oxidation, hard water minerals and filth from a variety of surfaces. This product contains a mild abrasive that won’t scratch surfaces like scouring powders.
G8008 TB Fresh
Effective against TB, HIV-1, Hepatitis B (HBV), Hepatitis C (HCV), Hepatitis A (HAV), MRSA, Staphylococcus Aureus, Salmonella Choleraesuis, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Escherichia Coli, Vancomycin Intermediate Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (VISA), Canine Parvovirus, Trichophyton Mentagrophytes (Athlete’s Foot Fungus). *SHORTER CONTACT TIMES (3 minutes for most “regular” bacteria, 30 seconds to 2 minutes for some others, still 10 minutes for bloodborne viruses).
Disinfectants
G7001 Linen Fresh
An alcohol/phenolic formulation, this product is an effective air deodorizer and a hard surface disinfectant. Excellent for disinfecting of commonly shared surfaces such as toilet seats, door knobs, changing tables, etc. Effective against HIV-1, TB, MRSA, Influenza, Herpes Simplex Type II, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella choleraesuis, Athletes foot fungi (Trichophyton mentagrophytes).
G7002 TBD
This product is designed specifically for general cleaning and disinfecting in homes, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and hotels. It is formulated to disinfect inanimate hard surfaces such as walls, sink tops, tables, charis, telephones, bathrooms, shower stalls, bathtubs, hampers, cabinets, and bed springs. In addition, this product deodorized those areas which generally are hard to keep fresh smelling, such as garbage storage areas, empty garbage bins and cans, basements, restrooms and other areas which are prone to odors cased by microorganisms.

G9001 Sani Foam
This foaming aerosol hand sanitizer is alcohol based and allows you to sanitize your hands when hand washing is not possible. Contains a unique blend of emolients and conditioners that leaves your hands silky smooth and soft. Using this foaming aerosol hand sanitizer is the preferred method by hospitals over the liquid variety. It is more efficent way for employees to frequently clean their hands and thus cut down on the spread of infection.
